Scherba Media ("we," "us," or "our") operates internal automation tools, including the "Scherba-Marketing-Automation" app, to manage marketing performance and social media content for our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when connecting to third-party platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Information We CollectThrough the Meta Graph API and Marketing API, we access:Ad Account Data: Spend, impressions, clicks, and performance metrics for the accounts we manage.Page & Content Data: Public posts, comments, and engagement metrics to facilitate social media management and automated posting.User Identifiers: Basic system user IDs required to maintain the API connection.
2. How We Use DataWe use this information exclusively to:Generate performance reports for our clients (e.g., Gallagher HVAC).Automate the publishing of social media content as directed by our clients.Optimize advertising spend based on real-time ROI metrics.We do not sell, rent, or trade any data retrieved through these APIs.
3. Data Retention and SecurityData is stored securely in our private infrastructure (Supabase) and is only accessible by authorized Scherba Agency personnel. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our agency services or as required by law.
4. Data Deletion and User RightsUsers have the right to request the deletion of their data. Since our tools process data on behalf of business entities, deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our client agreements.
